what’s in the box

three pillars. nothing extra.

tranquil by design

Slow physics, soft sounds.

Lofi audio. Claymation surfaces. No timer. No streak shame. No 8 PM nudge to come back.

a daily ritual

A new tower every morning.

One fresh puzzle. The same one for every player. Compare runs with friends, see how you stack against everyone playing today.

a shared kitchen

Build it, leave it.

A community canvas opens after launch. Build your own puzzle. Wobble through what someone else made.

the loop

what you build, and how it fails.

what you build

  1. 1

    Plan it.

Pick a target up in the clouds. Lay a footprint that won’t tip the first time the wind blows.

  2. 2

    Stack it.

Drag spaghetti struts. Squish marshmallow joints between them. Sturdier than it looks. Squishier than you’d like.

  3. 3

    Survive it.

Toggle the wind. Add weight. Watch the bend, the sag, the snap. Try again, smarter.

what goes wrong

  1. A

    Bend.

A spaghetti beam under steady load arcs like a tired smile.

  2. B

    Sag.

Marshmallows are mostly air. They give. They forgive. Until they don’t.

  3. C

    Snap.

The clean, dry crack of overbuilt confidence. Slow-mo replay included.

the shareable bit

one puzzle. one grid. bragging optional.

When you finish the morning puzzle you get a small silhouette grid. Cream is marshmallow. Brown is spaghetti. Yellow is the goal. Orange means something snapped. Drop it in the group chat and see who built it cleaner. Don’t spoil the build.

  • 4×7 silhouette grid, no spoilers
  • Streak counter and global rank
  • Web preview so the link unfurls everywhere

a note from the kitchen

why we’re making this.

I grew up with a paper-and-tape version of this game. Spaghetti and marshmallows on the kitchen table after dinner, the wind from the window doing the testing for us.

Years later, mobile games started feeling adversarial — timers, energy meters, 8 PM nudges to come back before the streak dies. Sticky spires is the opposite of that. One puzzle a day. The same one for everyone. Gone at midnight. Nothing to chase.

It’s a small studio in a quiet town. We’re making this slowly, on purpose. If that sounds like a thing you want on your phone, the email box up top is the way to find out.

quick answers

you probably have a few questions.

when does it come out?

Soft target is winter 2026 / early 2027 on iOS and Android. Drop your email and we’ll write the morning the first puzzle goes live.

is the puzzle really the same for everyone?

Yes. The morning puzzle is the same one in every kitchen, every day. Compare runs with your friends. Your result grid is yours to share.

what does it cost?

Free. You can buy a theme or remove ads if you’d like, but nothing is gated. No FOMO timers. No “continue” buttons.

will i miss puzzles if i don’t play every day?

You’ll miss that day’s puzzle, yes — it’s a ritual, not a queue. We don’t back-fill, and we won’t guilt you. There’s always tomorrow.

is it safe for younger players?

Rated 13+ and cozy. Anyone younger drops into a stripped guest mode — no ads, no sign-in, no online publishing, just the sandbox and the campaign.

will there be a web version?

A browser-playable daily challenge is planned for v1.1, so you can keep your streak on a laptop without leaving your tab.
